Cheap Find: Sofn’ free Grow Healthy Deep Conditioner worked for me!

Howdy all!

I don’t know about you but my New Year’s resolution this year, and every year, is to save more and spend less. That definitely applies to purchasing tons of hair products as though I don’t have other bills to pay. Well here is a less expensive product that works great if you are in the market for a good deep conditioner!

Sofn’free GroHealthy Milk Protein & Olive Oil Really Deep Conditioning Treatment (found at your local beauty supply store)

Here are pics of my application. I usually do a protein-based deep condition about once a month.
Step 1: After shampooing I applied the conditioner to my hair in 4 sections and detangled with the conditioner in.
Step 2: I put on a plastic cap and then a knit hat on top of that and let the conditioner sit for about 6 hours. This allowed the heat from my head to “heat up” the conditioner instead of me sitting under a dryer or heat cap (I can’t hold still that long!)
Step 3: I rinsed it out with warm water at first followed by cold water and voila! My hair was very soft but not fuzzy or frizzy.
I will definitely be using this product again when I deep condition! And at less than $7 it’s a steal!
